Casa BB

The project developed from the need to renovate and extend a 1950s villa overlooking open countryside on the edge of town. The rooms extend mainly at ground-floor level and converge on a central space made luminous by the use of plate glass. Large glass windows provide frames for nature in each interior, allowing life and growth to permeate the building. Warm tones in the materials, the use of wood essences and discreet lighting all disguise the complexity of hi-tech systems, while energy-efficient construction make for a sustainable environment.
