Casa FV

The project involves the construction of a new penthouse located on the edge of the city’s historic center, designed for a family passionate about art and reading.

The layout is divided into two distinct areas: the living zone and the sleeping zone, connected by a small corridor. Both areas extend generously to the outside, featuring two terraces equipped with shading systems and large potted plants.

Warm colors, natural materials, and furniture with soft, flowing lines revolve around an open fireplace placed at the heart of the space. From here, large glass windows frame stunning elevated views of the city parks and the historic center.
